ProfitsLift was created from firsthand experience.

Before starting ProfitsLift, I owned and operated a landscaping Business and worked closely with businesses across multiple industries. One problem kept showing up everywhere I went — time. Managing calls, bookings, follow-ups, and administrative tasks took up hours every day. Hiring a full-time receptionist wasn’t affordable, and no business owner can realistically answer phone calls 24/7 — especially while sleeping, on vacation, or simply taking a well-deserved break.

That’s when I decided to take a different path.

I began researching smarter, more efficient ways to handle these everyday tasks without sacrificing customer experience. The result was ProfitsLift — a company built to help businesses stay productive without being tied to their phone or inbox all day.

At ProfitsLift, we help businesses automate the tasks that slow them down — from answering calls and qualifying leads to scheduling appointments and follow-ups. Jarod is one of the best people behind the scenes at ProfitsLift — and one of the first voices our customers hear.

Every day, Jarod handles cold calls, answers incoming questions, and follows up with business owners who need help. But Jarod role isn’t just about calling — it’s about support. Whether a customer is confused, stressed, or just needs a quick update, Jarod is always there to make sure nothing slips through the cracks.

When a customer has a problem, Jarod doesn’t rush them. He listens, understands the situation, and makes sure they get clear answers and the right information. If something needs to be explained again, he explains it again — calmly and clearly. If there’s an update, Jarod makes sure the customer knows about it before they even have to ask.
